March 2025 Updates

Hello, friends! In case you missed it, here's my update from this month's newsletter:

What I've Been Up To:

The Maiden and the Steel Guardian editing process has officially begun! I've completed my initial round of edits based on beta reader feedback and have sent the manuscript off for review before the next round. I don't anticipate getting it back until mid-March, which means I'll have to tweak my release plan a little. At this point, I'm estimating Maiden will release in mid-May, but I'll keep you updated.

What's Coming Next?

As you may know if you follow me on social media, I'll be taking a little bit of a break from the Of Metals and Curses series after Maiden releases. I have a secret project I've been drafting during my downtime in between OMaC books (and a little bit of casual writing in between Maiden editing rounds) that I'm so freaking excited about.

This is a story I've been putting on the back burner for a while now, but I truly believe this book might be the story of my heart. It's giving me the chance to let my imagination run wild, draw from different areas of my interest, and write a (hopefully) heart-wrenching, world-defying love story.

I've got some really cool plans for it, and I can't wait to tell you all more about it after Maiden releases!

The Maiden and the Steel Guardian Release Update:

As mentioned earlier, I'm shifting my plan and aiming to release Maiden in mid-May, ideally. Once I adjust the release date in Amazon to something more concrete and set up the print pre-orders through Barnes & Noble, you all will be the first to know. I appreciate your patience and for bearing with me -- it means more than you know!
